Designation Earned. Now Spend It Right.

The Missouri Blue Shield Program designates communities that demonstrate real commitment to law enforcement, and unlocks state grant money for equipment: body-worn cameras, security and surveillance systems, interoperable radios, and more. The 2026–27 award cycle's funds must be spent by May 15, 2027.

VTC stocks designation-eligible equipment, meets the DPS interoperability guidelines (MOSWIN/P25), and handles the specification and paperwork that keep a grant purchase clean.
