- Design and quote. A system spec you can hold other bids against: equipment, labor, storage math, and licensing if radios are involved.
- Installation. Most commercial camera installs run one to three working days on site; radio systems vary with tower and repeater work.
- Service. Maintenance contracts and preventive inspections, with repair turnaround typically 24–48 hours, same-day when a system is down and it can't wait.
Already have a system?
Much of our Springfield work starts with equipment someone else installed: cameras that record but can't identify, retention that quietly shrank to five days, radio fleets bought online that were never licensed. We assess existing systems honestly. Reusing sound cabling and serviceable hardware is a legitimate way to cut a project's cost, and we would rather tell you what still works than resell you what doesn't need replacing.
